These SSX360 terms explain how you may use the website, manage a research subscription, and distinguish both from a signed engagement.
What this page covers
These terms cover the website, the research subscription and the account used to manage it. They do not govern an assessment, snapshot, pilot or retainer. Every engagement runs under its own signed agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.
Nothing here is an assessment
Pages on this site, including research, describe our methods and opinions. They are not an assessment of your organization, they create no auditor relationship, and they must not be presented to a customer, regulator or investor as evidence about you. Only a signed report delivered under an engagement is that.
Research subscription
The research is free. We do not sell or rent the subscriber list. You can unsubscribe from any issue. Republishing an issue in full requires permission, but quoting with attribution and a link does not.
Account access
Accounts are secured by an email magic link. Keep access to that mailbox secure, since anyone holding it can manage the subscription. We do not store passwords.
Matrix Scroll
Matrix Scroll is licensed separately and remains free. Its terms live with the project at matrixscroll.com. Using it creates no engagement with SSX360 and no attestation from us.
Acceptable use and security reports
Do not use this site to attack infrastructure, bypass access controls or distribute malicious code. Report security issues to mission@ssx360.com or through the contact form. We will not pursue good faith research that respects these terms.
